A scanning radiometer with six spectral channels centred at 0.443, 0.520, 0.550, 0.670, 0.750 and 11.5 micrometres and selected to allow measurement of ocean colour and temperature, suspended sediment and chlorophyll concentrations, and ocean pollutants.
