Adjustments may be made to certain of the standardized terms of outstanding stock options when certain events occur, such as stock dividends, stock distribution, stock split, reverse stock split, rights offering, distribution, reorganization, re-capitalization, reclassification in respect of an underlying security or the merger, consolidation, dissolution or liquidation of the issuer of the underlying security.
