• Exact Purchase Date: Lots age each anniversary of the exact purchase date
• 12/31 Aging: Lots age each 31st of December following purchase anniversary date
• First Day of Purchase Month: Lots age on the first day of the month of the anniversary date
• First Day of Month Following Purchase: Lots age on the first day of the month following the anniversary of the exact purchase date
• Last Day of Purchase Month: Lots age on the last day of the month of the anniversary date
