One of the control data sets (CDSs) in DFSMShsm. The MCDS is a Virtual Storage Access Method (VSAM) key-sequenced data set (KSDS) that contains statistics records, control records, user records, records for data sets that have migrated, and records for volumes under the migration control of DFSMShsm.
